Linda’s Profile:
Linda is a native of Louisville. She and her husband Mike live in the Highlands with their dog, Sydney. Her son, Chris, is an actor in Chicago. After a career in industrial sales, she became a partner in a new home construction company. This led her to a Real Estate career of nearly 16 years. She has been with Wakefield, Reutlinger AND COMPANY/REALTORS since getting her license. She say’s “I never realized when I became a Realtor, just how rewarding a career it would be. At the risk of sounding corny, I love helping people with their All American Dream of Home Ownership.” She has always reinvested in her career with educational opportunities which has allowed her to stay on top of the ever changing real estate market.

Linda’s Experience:

Linda completed her GRI designation (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) and her CRS designation (Certified Real Estate Specialist) in 2003. Approximately only 9% of realtors nationwide qualify to be a CRS Realtor. She is a member in good standing of: National Association of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors, Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, Certified Real Estate Specialist Association, and Home Builders Association of Louisville. She is a past member of Southern Living Magazine Custom Homebuilding Program; past owner and partner of BLR Builders Corporation of Louisville, and currently President of Greater Louisville Association of Realtors. She is also a Trustee for KARpac, Trustee for GLARPAC, Director for NAR, Committee Member for NAR Professional Standards, Delegate for the Governing Body of KAR, Chairperson for KAR Long Range Strategic Planning Committee, Member of the Finance Committee for GLAR, Member of Board Forms for GLAR, and Member of Government Affairs Committee for GLAR.
