Born into the industry as a 3rd generation Wakefield REALTOR®, real estate has been in my blood from a very early age. Working with broker and father Tom Wakefield has allowed me to learn from the best and carry on the family tradition of excellence.
I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) with years of experience and success. As 1 of 100 Louisville REALTORS® (out of approximately 4,400) to receive the CRS Designation, I achieved outstanding professional goals-including high-volume sales - and pursue advanced training in areas such as finance, marketing and technology.
I earned "Rookie of the Year" and 2006 "Top Producer" (in number of sales and dollar volume) at Wakefield, Reutlinger and Company and I've served on the MLS Improvement Task Force at the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors®.
As a native Louisvillian I attended Kentucky Country Day, Ballard High School, and the University of Kentucky-graduating with a B.A. in English. I also find it important to give back to my hometown. My community involvement includes membership in Prospect/Goshen Rotary (www.pgrotary.net) and serving on the Board of Directors of Bridgehaven (www.bridgehaven.org).
